Swimming Pool Owners Worst Enemy

During the night of Saturday, April 30, 2006 a leaking water main, which runs under our office building, created sufficient hydrostatic pressure to lift the concrete slab causing severe structural damage to the entire first floor of the building.
The concrete slab was pushed upward until it split in half allowing four feet of water to swamp our first floor offices. This sudden shift caused the walls, ceiling, and light fixtures to fall into muddy water.
Our telephone equipment and services, including all T1 lines to the building, were destroyed. Everything in our offices was destroyed by water damage, including our entire stock of books, ©Pool Resurfacing Made Easy .
Both the Fire & Police Departments prevented access to the building on Sunday, so it wasn't until Monday morning that we learned how severe the damages were.
It is now Wednesday morning and we are completely operational again. We have moved to temporary offices at the below address. We are now connected to an OC1 line (no thanks to Verizon), and are receiving all email. We are responding as quickly as possible.
Verizon refuses to redirect our toll free and local telephone numbers until sometime on Friday, May 5th of this year. Until then, you can only reach UGlassIt or Bill, Dan, and Mike by calling our new local number:267-988-8712.
UPDATE: Sunday, May 7th: Verizon has still neglected to forward our telephones to our new local number. Our toll free
telephone number 800-830-0501 has now been inoperative for one full week.
UPDATE: Monday, May 8th: At 4:30 PM I finally spoke to an intelligent person at Verizon who was also both competent and pleasant. While I was on the telephone, she forwarded our calls, all in less than ten minutes.
