Fibre-Shelkote resins and gel coats, Owens Corning fiberglass, and special resin based sealant, are the finest quality available. Designated Fibre-Shelkote products are formulated specifically for the repair and refinishing of swimming pools, hot tubs, spa's, and baptistery.

These products are not for automobiles, boats, or decks which are not subjected to chlorine, or expansion and contraction caused by the change of seasons. Automobiles and boats can use far less expensive resins and gel coats that are not suitable for swimming pools.

Fibre-Shelkote products have already enabled thousands of fiberglass pool owners to repair their own swimming pools in the US, Canada, and the Caribbean. These products can be used on all fiberglass pools and all gunite or concrete pools that have a fiberglass liner.

Vinyl ester resin that is specifically manufactured for the repair of swimming pools, hot tubs, and baptistery, requiring a longer setup time because the repairs are being done by hand. Fibre-Shelkote resins are not recommended for the marine or anti-corrosive markets.
